To encourage the wonderfully diligent choices the second and third graders are making, we have H.O.T. passes (Homework On Time) that get punched for every homework assignment turned in on time.  The scholars then get to choose what to earn with the passes, and many of them choose to serve younger students by leading math stations, listening to reading, and doing other support jobs.  They are such a joy!
