As we roll up to the American Revolution, the colonists are getting restless.  They made money pouches for their precious coins, only to find out that the king needed more money to pay his soldiers.  He thought some taxes were a great idea for funding.  How about a “brown eyes” tax?  A pet tax perhaps?  Could a revolution be brewing?
