What a wonderful week of focus on thankfulness! In Bible, we discovered more about the harvest feasting of the Israelites. After the harvest work was completed for the year, they celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles (or Booths). Imagine building a tent outside to live in for seven days while you remembered all the wonderful blessings that God had showered on you that year. We decided we might like to have seven days of feasting and celebration like that.

Today we had our own special time of thankfulness, topped off with a Pie Party together with other classes. We are so grateful!
