My family was blessed to have my niece Gracia and her children here for Father’s Day!  It was wild and wonderful.

We made apple pies for all the dads.

In the summer, one of my top pleasures is swimming early in the morning at our local lake.  The birds keep me company, and it’s a special day when I get to see the loons with their new loonling.  (Photo by Mrs. Baker-Hartwell)

You have faithfully prayed for my brother John, as he battles melanoma, and for my nephew Benjamin, as he has been going through nuclear training in the Navy.  What a joy for John to attend Benjamin’s latest graduation to the next level of training!
