Ravenous readers are devouring the books in our classroom!  Book shares come in every day.  Snack conversation often revolves around a person’s Genius Hour project reading.  Books are exploding from every nook and cranny around here, and our brains are overflowing because of it.

We are happy to report that our first two readers conquered the Forty Book Challenge, and it’s not even halfway through the year!  Here they are celebrating with our wonderful principal, Miss Hellickson, and you can see from the pictures that she sets a great reading example.  These two ladies have already set a new personal goal.  I wonder who will be the first to reach the One Hundred Book Challenge?!
