  1. What a great video….I love how you mixed the pictures up to show DES, students, family, events, friends

    Nice job!

  2. It’s so interesting to see the place and the people you’ve been writing about these weeks. Your pictures in the second half of the slideshow are like a visual writing prompt – there are so many things to write about!!

  3. Good writing requires spaceships. And Monsters. And Death Rays that threaten life as we know it. And people who carry television sets across the lawn and accidentally set off the sprinkler system. And ducks that stop traffic.

Yes, it really is that simple. That will be 200 dollars, please.

  4. I liked the music, but Aidan didn’t-he likes soft rock and country-even when he first came home and couldn’t speak English, he was very particular about music.

We were watching the pictures, and he said, “Hey! That’s not her class!” so I explained that they were pictures from where you were working, and he lost all interest after that 🙂

Hope you’re having a great time.

  5. Wonderful video! Thank you for sharing your journey through writing, with such a diverse group of amazing people! My only request would be that the video would be infused with actual writing…not from all those involved…but at least from the different groups represented. That…would make it spectacular…and would absolutely represent what you have done through your work.

Keep doing what you already do…you are a marvelous teacher!
